Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, contact us at support@redrivergrooming.com within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on used items.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the easiest way is to place a new order and request a return for the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
